blog details in part the occurrences surrounding myself as an individual. In

This blog is hosted on my own personal hosting, but is carried out, in operation, via a third-party service, Wordpress™ [http://www.wordpress.com]. Blogger™ is not responsible for any of my content, in which the manner it is displayed. Blogger™ is merely a medium to aid in my blogging needs.
I also use, from time to time, the services of AudioBlogger™, a subsidiary of Blogger™. The streaming MP3 audio is not derivative from my website, but directly hosted from AudioBlogger™—as a part of their service.
No audio clips from my blog can be used anywhere else, nor altered or otherwise misrepresented. I do not consent of the use of my voice, from my audio posts, anywhere else on the Internet.
Collection of information
When visiting my blog, I am able to track certain visitor information of each visit. This includes the date and time of the visit, number of page views, the length of time of each visit, IP addresses and hostnames and where your visit originated from (web site referred). These are collected via built-in software on my website, and third parties. The third party services utilized, which includes said collection of information, are as follows:

Google Analytics shows me how people found my
site, how they explored it, and how I can enhance their visitor experience.
This information in no way can personally identify you as an individual, nor cause any privacy hindrance. Any displays of IP addresses and hostnames only provide who your Internet provider is—they cannot tell me, or anyone for that matter, exactly that being you. IP addresses and hostnames are used by thousands on each bracket.
SECURITY
If found that negative actions are placed against my blog (devious postings in
my comments, etc.) you can and will be banned from further commenting and/or
being able to access my web site as a whole.
